All of our Personal Training packages start with a free fitness assessment. During the assessment your Personal Trainer will evaluate your current level of fitness and create an individualized workout and training regimen for you. All of this is designed for you to be able to meet your personal fitness goals.

1-on-1 Training Package

Our Personal Training program offers eight personalized one-on-one guided sessions and a 24/7 gym membership. This package is specifically designed to develop permanent, positive changes to your health, your level of physical fitness and your overall well-being.

Online Training

Each program covers a 4 week period with 2-3 workouts per week and a 24/7 gym membership. Your training will include a personal assessment, a workout plan based on your needs, and a walkthrough of the exercises. After the initial walkthrough, the program is yours to keep and use on your own time.

Single Session

Though working out with a pro is awesome (it’s been proven to boost your attitude and physical activity, teach you new things, and even help you stick to a routine), doing so regularly just isn’t in the cards for some. You can schedule a session with our trainer when it's convenient for you. Your training will include a personal assessment and a 60 minute one on one session.
