Return and Refund Policy

At Powerhaus Fitness Center, we are committed to providing high-quality training and a strong, supportive environment for your fitness journey. To ensure clarity and fairness for all members, please review our official refund policy below.

1. Memberships

Monthly Memberships: Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once processed. If you wish to cancel your membership, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
Annual Memberships: Annual memberships are non-refundable. In exceptional cases—such as medical conditions preventing gym use or relocation more than 25 miles from our facility—refunds may be considered upon submission of valid documentation.

2. Personal Training Sessions

All booked personal training sessions are non-refundable.
To reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the full session fee being charged.

3. Merchandise

All merchandise sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on retail items.

4. Refund Requests

Refunds are only granted in accordance with the exceptions noted above. To inquire about a refund under qualifying circumstances, please submit a written request to support@powerhausfit.com. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
